San Ross is a writer, screen storyteller, and founder of NN5 Creative Studios, a platform created to champion underrepresented voices and build a thriving space for independent creativity. With a career that began in acting and evolved into screenwriting and talent development, San brings a deep understanding of both the craft and the business of performance.
After studying screenwriting at the London Film Academy and training as an professional actor at the Identity School of Acting in London,, San founded the acclaimed Lex Arthur Cob Talent Agency, later evolving into ACA Talent Management. Through this agency, he discovered, developed, and represented breakthrough talent including Alessandro Babalola (Haze in Top Boy), Afsaneh Dehrouyeh (Tyrant, Granite Harbour) to mention a few, and also had the honour of representing and managing Pasquale Esposito known for (Gomorrah, Hotel Portofino on ITV).
Other credits include: The Play That Goes Wrong (Duchess Theatre), The Queen’s Shoes (Feature Film), Ladies Day (Sky Arts ShortFlix), Berlin Station (Paramount/Epix), Tyrant (Fox), The Angel (Netflix), Macbeth (BBC), Flesh and Bone (Edinburgh Headliner/Soho Theatre), Gomorrah (Sky Atlantic), Electric Dreams (Channel 4/Sony), Autopsy (ITV), and Banged Up Abroad (National Geographic).
San was also the founder for The ICA Club (Inspire Create Achieve) in London, a creative ground where actors trained, played, expressed and developed their craft.
San’s legacy is grounded not only in managing talent but in developing and empowering them. He has built a reputation for identifying raw, homegrown ability and guiding artists through the industry maze from workshops to casting rooms to professional sets.
Now, as the creative force behind NN5, San Ross leads with a clear vision: to create a gateway for authentic storytelling and grassroots collaboration. His role is not just that of a founder, but of a creator, director, nurturer and talent manager, ensuring every story told through NN5 is rooted in real opportunity, bold imagination, and the right of the creative to be seen and heard.
