San Ross is an experienced Talent Agent, screen storyteller, and founder of NN5 Creative Studios and NN5 Management.
His industry career spans over a decade in professional talent representation, beginning with the founding of Lex Arthur Cob Talent Agency, where he built a reputation for identifying raw, homegrown ability and guiding artists into high-level television, film, and theatre productions.
Under his leadership at LAC, talent secured credits across major international platforms including Netflix, BBC, Channel 4, Sky Atlantic, FOX, Paramount, ITV, National Geographic, and West End theatre. His work focused not simply on booking jobs, but on long-term positioning, career structure, and strategic growth.
San’s approach to representation is rooted in development. He believes actors do not need more emotion, they need clarity of thought, reason to act, urgency to commit, tension to hold back, and human cost if they fail.
